This system is creative detector which includes image system and optics detection.
This system is widely used in singel machine, double lace machine, and circular machine.
Technical features
1, It can directly monitor the cloth flaw through the high resolution images system, and it can directly reflect and alarm the broken needle and broken yarn.
2, The needle detector includes the main control unit and fiber needle sensor (up to four fiber). Tge main control unit will show the precise position of the broken needle.
3, It combine the image system and optics detecting system to detect broken yarn and improve the detecting sensitivity and reduce the false alarm rate.
4, It can use teh image system or optical detecting system alone, which widely used in single machine, double lace machine and etc.
